How can I top up my telephone online? show

  • Enter your telephone number and email address

  • Select the top-up amount

  • Select the most convenient payment method – you will be redirected to your bank’s website

  • Make the payment through the bank’s website

Your telephone account will be credited with the select amount quickly and safely.

Can I get an invoice for the top-up? show

If you want to get an invoice for the top-up, go to https://zasilenia.faktura.pl/ and follow the instructions on screen.

How do I check the amount available on my account? show

Orange lets you check the status and validity of your account in several ways:

  • free of charge, by entering the *124*# code on your telephone and pressing the green phone icon

  • by calling *500 (payable according to price list)

  • by logging in at Orange online

What can I get when I top up my account at www.doladowania.orange.pl? show

For each top-up purchased at www.doladowania.orange.pl you will get an additional 10% to your promotional account. You will be able to use this bonus for calls, SMSs, and MMSs in Orange and for browsing the Internet. If you have the Orange Free na kartę tariff, then for each top-up you will get an additional data transfer bonus, up to 100GB! Details of the promotion are provided here.

Will I receive a top-up confirmation? show

Yes, we will send a transaction confirmation to the email address you provided. For each top-up purchased at www.doladowania.orange.pl you will get an additional 10% to your promotional account. You will be able to use this bonus for calls, SMSs, and MMSs in Orange and for browsing the Internet.

I did not get my top-up. What should I do? show

Check if you have received the top-up confirmation message sent to your email address. The top-up execution time depends on the selected payment method. In most cases, the top-up is delivered within a couple of minutes. If you did not get the top-up within 24 hours, please contact us:

  • in writing – in person at the Company’s premises or through a postal operator, courier, or messenger to the Company’s address: ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot;
  • electronically – through the complaint form available at: pomoc.bluemedia.pl;
  • orally – by calling 58 7604 822 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays (the User’s telecommunication operator rates apply), or in person, at the Company’s premises (on weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), on record.
