How do I check the amount available on my account? show
Orange lets you check the status and validity of your account in several ways:

What can I get when I top up my account at www.doladowania.orange.pl? show
For each top-up purchased at www.doladowania.orange.pl you will get an additional 5 GB. If you have the Orange Free na kartę tariff, then for each top-up you will get an additional data transfer bonus, up to 100GB! Details of the promotion are provided here.
Will I receive a top-up confirmation? show
Yes, we will send a transaction confirmation to the email address you provided. For each top-up purchased at www.doladowania.orange.pl you will get an additional 5 GB.
I did not get my top-up. What should I do? show
Check if you have received the top-up confirmation message sent to your email address. The top-up execution time depends on the selected payment method. In most cases, the top-up is delivered within a couple of minutes. If you did not get the top-up within 24 hours, please contact us:
- in writing – in person at the Company’s premises or through a postal operator, courier, or messenger to the Company’s address: ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot;
- electronically – through the complaint form available at: pomoc.bluemedia.pl ;
- orally – by calling 58 7604 822 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays (the User’s telecommunication operator rates apply), or in person, at the Company’s premises (on weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), on record.
